How long, Catiline, will you abuse our patience? - Cicero, 63 BC

Lexington Ballet exists because of you, moms and dads who entrust your children to artists to learn another way of seeing, and interacting with, the world. You have driven back and forth for thousands of miles, sat on hard benches for uncountable hours during class, and ensured your dancer was on time for rehearsals and performances, plus spent many dollars on leotards, pointe shoes, tuition, and show tickets. It is your diligence that has made, and will continue to make, the organization what it has been and it will become.

Please take time to let the broader Lexington community know who you are, that LBC matters to you, with a hashtag selfie to social media (I’ve put mine on Instagram). If you would like to include your dancer then absolutely do so by your discretion. It would be great to see grandparents, plus aunts and uncles, too, who are just as important and encouraging to us. Maybe you have friends who have enjoyed the shows and share your concerns, so it would be great for them to contribute a picture as well.

Use the link above to download a pdf, or if you like make your own. Then post your picture and transfer it to me though the web link already shared with others. This gallery will ensure all of you are seen together. Images and filenames will be scrubbed of identifying information, and edited to fit the gallery format. Afterwards the original images will be deleted. While a “no robots” web server directive has been set, be aware the site will be crawled, and everything on the internet is forever. One day the web server will come down and the file storage recycled.
